1 Overview of Services

Ganga Pushpanjali provides a digital platform that facilitates the booking and performance of traditional Vedic rituals, holy ceremonies, and spiritual services—including but not limited to Pitru Paksha Tarpan, Pind Daan, Ganga Aarti, and personalized Pujas—conducted at the sacred ghats of Haridwar and Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India.

All rituals are performed by certified, knowledgeable Vedic priests (Pandits) in accordance with Sanatan Dharma traditions on behalf of the devotee (Yajman).

2 User Eligibility and Account Responsibility
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental/guardian consent to enter into a binding agreement.
  • When booking a service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details regarding yourself, your family members, your Gotra, ancestral lineage (for Tarpan/Pind Daan), and contact information.
  • Ganga Pushpanjali shall not be held liable for any omission or error resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
3 Nature of Spiritual Services & Faith-Based Disclaimer
  • Faith and Belief: All rituals, pujas, and spiritual ceremonies performed through Ganga Pushpanjali are rooted in traditional Vedic customs, scriptures, and faith.
  • No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: Spiritual results, psychological benefits, karmic relief, or ancestral peace are matters of individual faith and belief. Ganga Pushpanjali makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding specific material, financial, health, medical, or supernatural outcomes resulting from any ritual performed.
  • Priest Discretion: Ritual procedures, chanting of mantras, and duration of rituals are conducted in accordance with traditional Vedic guidelines under the discretion of the presiding pandits.
4 Service Fulfillment and Proof of Performance
  • Sankalp: The ritual will be performed by reciting the specific Name(s) and Gotra provided during the booking process.

  • Delivery Timeline: Digital recordings/proof will be delivered to the devotee via email, WhatsApp, or through a secure link within 24 to 72 hours following the completion of the ritual.
  • Prasad Delivery (If Applicable): If your booking includes physical holy offerings (Prasad/Gangajal), delivery will be fulfilled via third-party courier services. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, customs regulations, and postal services.
5 Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
  • All prices for services are listed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR) and/or applicable foreign currencies.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking through our integrated and secure third-party payment gateways (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallets).
  • We reserve the right to modify service fees or packages at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.
6 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the custom and sacred nature of religious ceremonies:

  • Advance Procurement: Upon receiving your booking, arrangements are immediately initiated, including the scheduling of Vedic pandits, reservation of ritual slots at holy ghats, and procurement of fresh, sacred samagri (ritual offerings, flowers, holy ingredients).
  • Cancellations:
    • A cancellation request received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled ritual date may be eligible for a refund, subject to a deduction of administrative and payment processing charges.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested within 48 hours of the scheduled ritual date, as preparation costs and priest allocations are non-recoverable.
  • Non-Performance: In the rare event that Ganga Pushpanjali is unable to perform the scheduled ritual due to unforeseen operational failures on our part, you will be offered an alternative date of your choice or a 100% full refund.
7 Force Majeure & Uncontrollable Circumstances

Ganga Pushpanjali shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing rituals due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions, flash floods, or high water levels in the river Ganges.
  • Local administrative restrictions, curfew, VIP ghat closures, or government regulations.
  • Pandemics, internet interruptions, or third-party service outages.

In such circumstances, the ritual will be rescheduled to the earliest auspicious date and time in consultation with the devotee.
