Cancellation Window
Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled ritual date for a full refund.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ritual are eligible for a 50% refund, as preparations and flower arrangements have already begun.
Performed Rituals
Once a ritual has been performed, refunds are not possible. We will share full proof (photos/video) confirming the ceremony.
Donations
Donations are non-refundable, as they are immediately put toward sacred seva and priest support.
How to Request a Refund
Email blessings@gangapushpanjali.com with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Re-scheduling
If you wish to re-schedule rather than cancel, we are happy to accommodate at no additional cost — simply contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
